Dr Kasi Subbiah, MBBS, MRCP (UK), FRCP, SCE, is a Consultant Endocrinologist providing private adult endocrinology care through Endocrine Consult. UK-wide video consultations are available, with suitable face-to-face appointments in Belfast.

 

He holds the Specialty Certificate in Endocrinology and Diabetes and CCT in Diabetes and Endocrinology and General Internal Medicine. He is a Consultant at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, with consultant-level experience across some of the UK's leading NHS trusts, including tertiary training at King's College Hospital, London. His focus is simple: get to the right diagnosis and the right plan fast, so patients aren't left waiting months for answers or watching a manageable condition drift.

His practice covers the full range of endocrine and metabolic disease — GLP-1 and tirzepatide therapy, hypogonadism, thyroid and adrenal disorders, pituitary and neuroendocrine conditions, osteoporosis and metabolic bone disease, complex type 1 and type 2 diabetes, insulin pump and hybrid closed-loop technology and continuous glucose monitoring. Within the NHS, Dr Subbiah has built and run rapid-access advice and triage services specifically to cut delays and get patients to the right care sooner — that same approach drives his private practice.

His clinical remit includes thyroid disease, diabetes, weight and metabolic health, pituitary and adrenal disorders, calcium, parathyroid and bone conditions, and women’s and men’s hormonal health. Thyroid disease during pregnancy, suitable thyroid-cancer follow-up and clinically indicated imaging are also within the clinic’s scope.
